Left Behind Reviews

smooth atmospheric track
This is my kind of chill out!!!!

Holy cow!!!!

I am going to try to throw this into some readable form which is very difficult because we are talking about emotional denominators & not tangibile items.

A fantastic track with brilliant soundscaping. a sound selection that I myself get jealous of. A wide array of musical influence went into your upbringing as I HEAR.

I like your key work & filtering work as well, not overstreched or clipping. very smoothly balanced into the canvas.
I found the song was a oddly balanced with unexpected elements & fantastic melody, never leaving your listener bored. superior work, young jedi.

Lighthearted
This sounds like playtime for babies. The gentle sounds of the synthsizer and small childrens laughter really accomodate the fun but melow beat. It works very well to create that relaxed playful mood. The overall production is impressive. This is almost what I 'd call an electronic lullaby.

cool vibe....
I think its quite interesting meaning I like the texture of the song piano is a great hook
I wish there was more of a vocal hook in this song as it does get a little dull (boring)..
Production sounds great as far as I can tell
great driving in my car music.
overall I think this song has a great mood along the lines of portishead, etc
just needs that vocal hook although I do like the baby sample as well

Justifies length.
Nice world groove percussion at start. First guitar chord sounded like a voice which intrigued me and my earphones! The vocal is engaging and mysterious (I like the laughter) but maybe the beat needs a little more treatment for little moments of surprise. This piece justifies its length which isn't often something I can say on garageband. Good luck.

love the laughter
I thought the intro was just slightly too long, but it comes in very nicely. The children's laughter is a nice touch :-)

I like the choice of sounds used in this song. I really like how the music is panned. I am wearing headphones so it is a nice effect.

The pipes and piano go very nicely together with that sound effect with them. The percussion is also just perfect for the music.

Overall, the song has good structure, a nice emotion coming across, and it is very well orchestrated.

nice big sad rhodes chords. catchy percussion beat - the vocal samples... the kids laughing are an odd touch - feels like the beginning of that animation "more", with the little clay children on the merrygoround. bittersweet. interesting progression, too, i mean into the bridge/breakdown that seemed a bit happier, then back to the original theme (and thank you for that a lot of music here upsets me by not repeating choruses or hooks enough so that they actually come off as choruses or hooks). it's a 6 minute track that doesn't seem that long. you play well the space between the notes.

cool
Starts off with some cool pleasing drum beats and harmonious vocals. The mixing is just awesome; I understand it’s not easy to come up with stuff you guys came up with. The song is just crystal, awesome track, slow steady and spiritual.

Ibiza Chill
I loved the intro, some excellent beats/percussion samples and synth and vocal choices suited this track well. a very long tune, but a great sun-rise chill out piece. Nice one!

A good giggle!
Starts off like a tennis game with bouncing rhythm.

The vocal snippets pop in and out with cleverly mixed echoes that shoot right through the piece. The little giggles are cute.

Nice spline effects. I like how sounds are creeping in and out all around so it truly is ambient.

Rather a long slow composition, no real swell - just a pleasant experience.

Reason
Nice sound processing... especially on the vocals. The first synth (which plays the chords) may have a slight distortion...
I like how it breaks down into the middle part and some funny sounds appear. The flute melody sounds great. Very dreamy... where does the song go. This would be suitable for movies...
careful, the end has a nasty short synth note which probably doesn't belong there?!

rediscovery
Tiny reeverby percussions, in a kind of tribal way. It gets almost samba, for a day at the whatever. Some sounds are weaker, like your main melody sound. It has some depth, considering the reeverb and the far away effects. Another weak sound, the piano. Slowly evokes some childish passion. Except for the kistshy sounds, it sounds great.

Laughter
Cool drum beat intro...
I like the synth lead into the electic piano chords.. awesome mood to this song already, and that's a rare find...
Kids laughter adds a nice effect to it...
It's really a cool piece, but it would sound better if there were more changes.. the little break down at about 1:30 helps a little bit... Cool change at 2:00..
Nice ambient song, but not the best.. sounds like you did put a lot of work into it though... so good job on that

Sans Drum track
Song really picked up when the keyboards came in. Nice arraingment, build, and production. Drum track is the weakest link, it needs to be sweatened dramatically. With an inventive drum program this song would shine.

Silence and Patience
Well combined with sound of a baby and other sounds. A music filled with silence and patience because of light use of background ambience. Percussions arrangement sounds fresh. Chords on the keyboard are very relaxing. I like the style and streamed it again and again.

Arrival Reviews

Excellent piece of trance! High energy that does all but make you want to get up and dance like a Whirling Dervish!
Then it takes off...leaving you in the dust, your head spinning, wondering what the heck happened. A truly fine piece
of music that I or anyone would be proud to claim! I love the keys! Great drums! The bass is steady and holds everything
in place nicely. Good Job! You are a Genius!!

soft and flowing
I loved the mix and arrangement on this. An almost chillin' trance tune, yet still danceable.
Reminds me of Gus Gus vs. T world album.
It should go over well at the clubz!
Nice job!

totally honest with you... i thought i was going to be bored. i thought i would tell you the bass was too
thumpy and blah blah this is a good track. nothing as flashy as a melody, but an excellent work in creating
interesting, soothing textures and bringing them together in a way that's truly stimulating. this will be one
of the hardest 'which song do you like better' choices i've ever had to make. this is like the ocean, a cathedral,
trippy waves by the beach. your bass is fine. thank you :)

Soothing
Nice Intro and progression into the track. The strings and synths used are used well to create nice harmonic
melodies. I especially like the appreggio synth like riff that comes in around the 2 minute mark. On a negative
side. It sounds a little muffled/flat. Some work needed to maybe EQ it a little. Overall a nice melodic number.

Etheral
Nice intro...not sure about the snare roll in the beginning.. kinda takes away fr/ the song, makes it sound
outdated, maybe change to another sound. Love the melody of the synthesizer! Love the resonators...sounds awesome!
Nice build up. Overall great track.

Good Baseline
Hey! good song I loved the baseline, and the keys afterword mached up with it creating a mood.
It gave me a empty feeling, but ther other key came in at 2:10 that made the song way more interesting. Its great!

Cool soft trance track
String are beautifull, very cool. i'm not fan of bass, too hard for this tiny sphere !!! kick are quite, it's
good for the cool intro, and the rest of beats interestring. 0:50 there is a good melody, the sound of synth is
little classical. but this melody is too quite, and bass are too lood..shit ! why this bass ? 2:00 ah !!!!! a good
arping melody ! but again a classical synth =).

Keep ur work, it's a good style, soft and cool, but bass is more hard than the rest.
